What is Carpal tunnel Syndrome?

You can do this exercise whenever you want, you can easily do them at your office desk, standing in a queue, waiting at the bus stop, or chatting with your friends. Take care of your wrist with these easy steps and exercises as well.
- Take a break from your repetitive work
Whether you are typing, playing guitar, painting, or cooking, take a break for 10-15 minutes in between, stretch your hands and move your fingers to improve blood flow in those areas, and then you can continue your work. - Wear splints
To relieve the pressure on your wrist, wear splints. The problems are more at night, so wear splints before they start giving trouble. If you are working the whole day, then wear splints throughout the day. It will help you to improve your movements. - Exercise
You can do exercise anytime whether you are sitting at your work desk or standing in line. Follow the exercises,- Warm-up stretches
- The Shake
- Prayer Stretch
- Stretch Armstrong
- Wrist flexor stretch and Extension stretch.
- Stay warm
Try to avoid cold, and stay in a warm place. Keep your hands warm which may help you from pain and uncomfortable sensations. - Physiotherapy treatment physiotherapy exercises can also give you a better results and help you from pain and stiffness.
- Bend your wrist
- Stretch out your wrist muscle
- Stretch out your thumb muscle
- Glide the nerves from your neck to your wrist.
