A Human Library. A place where people come together to share stories and experiences. And it is in this telling that they offer comfort and coping skills to those who are dealing with health crises: be it mental or physical.
This learning, so far available to us as joint families, is no longer prevalent: society has changed. But our needs have not. Where then will someone coping with cancer diagnosis, or bereavement or a potential hip replacement, or a diabetic mother learn how to best cope?
Because in learning coping strategies, we upgrade our knowledge and in upgrading, we improve the quality of our life. Under The Mango Tree is and fee, free for all platform that brings together people with the intention of helping people manage crises better. We are setting up several Under The Mango Tree sessions across the city.
We launch full function, daily mentoring support group services at our Salt Lake clinic, at GD 347, Sector III. The plan includes expert advice and moderation by doctors and health professionals across all categories: including but not limited to: general health, diabetes educator, physiotherapists and [psychological counselor, nutritionist and dentist.
